ที่เป็นเว็บไซต์ให้บริการข้อมูล Open Government Data ของรัฐบาลไทย
มีข้อมูลมากมายที่มีการเผยแพร่
ทำให้เราได้อันดับที่ 42 ในปี 2015 Opden Data Index
จากที่เคยอยู่ในอันดับที่ 59 ในปี 2014
หนึ่งในข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่ พบว่ามีข้อมูลของโรงเรียนทั่วประเทศไทย
กว่า 46,259 แห่งโดยกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ภาคธุรกิจได้นำข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้สร้างสรรค์ให้เกิดการพัฒนา
ลองอ่านข้อมูลจาก excel พบ field น่าสนใจเยอะเลย
14 fields ได้แก่

1. SchoolID

4. District

เห็น อ.ทรงเกียรติ นำ excel มาประมวลผล ในส่วนของ email
พบว่าโรงเรียนมากกว่า 10000 โรงเรียนใช้บริการของ hotmail.com
แต่มีเพียง 22223 จาก 46259 เท่านั้นที่มีอีเมลติดต่อโรงเรียน
หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.04 เท่านั้นที่มีอีเมล

ไม่มีการอธิบายข้อมูลมากนัก แต่คำอธิบายไปอยู่ใน json ที่ให้ download
เมื่อดาวน์โหลดออกมาผ่าน json_decode พบว่ามีข้อมูล 23 รายการดังภาพ
รอบต่อไปก็จะได้ใช้ข้อมูลจาก json ได้เลย รายละเอียดใน json มีดังนี้

มีโอกาสใช้บริการ google apps โดยผูกโดเมนของ thaiabc.com เข้าไป แล้วต้องการรายการของสมาชิกออกมาในรูปของ CSV ก็ต้องเข้าในฐานะ admin แล้วคลิ๊ก setting, Email, Email address ที่มุมล่างสุดสามารถคลิ๊ก Download user list as CSV เหตุที่ต้องการข้อมูล ก็เพราะต้องนำข้อมูลสมาชิกจากระบบอีเมล ไป import ในระบบ e-learning ของ moodle ช่วยให้สมาชิกสามารถเข้าใช้งานระบบได้ทันที แต่ถ้าไม่มีรหัสผ่านออกมาจาก google apps ก็สร้างรหัสผ่านใหม่ แจกนักเรียนในห้อง แล้วให้นักเรียนเข้าไปเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านในระบบด้วยตนเอง

10 ม.ค.55 มีโอกาสใช้ google mail for education แล้วก็มีเหตุว่าจะต้องย้าย server ประกอบกับเพื่อนถามว่า จะ forward mail จาก server1 ไป server2 อย่างไร เพราะ server3 กำลังจะมีขึ้นมา และ server1 กำลังจะถูกเปลี่ยน ก็ใช้ภาพนี้อธิบายว่าคลิ๊กตรงไหนบ้าง เพื่อกำหนดการส่งต่อ จาก server1 ไป server2 แบบ copy mail

แก้ email blocked ของ hotmail.com

3 ก.ค.54 วันนี้เพื่อนเก่าส่ง message มาให้ช่วยแก้ blocked ของ อีเมลใน hotmail.com ลองเข้าไปดูก็พบว่ามีขั้นตอน คือ verify ด้วย alternate email ซึ่งเป็นอีเมลในองค์กรที่ผมดูแลอยู่ .. จึงเข้าไปสร้าง email ของเพื่อนเก่าในองค์กรขึ้นใหม่ เพราะในอดีตเพื่อนเคยกำหนดไว้ใน hotmail.com แล้วสั่งให้ hotmail.com ส่ง verify code มาตาม email เดิม เพื่อยืนยันการเป็นเจ้าของ .. เมื่อไปเปิดอีเมลในองค์กร ก็จะทราบ verify code แล้วยืนยันกลับไป เพียงเท่านี้ hotmail ก็คืน e-mail ให้กับเพื่อนได้แล้ว .. เหตุที่ถูก blocked น่าจะเป็นเพราะรหัสผ่านเดิมหลวมเกินไป แล้วอาจมี virus เข้าไปจับ แล้วส่งเป็น spam ออกไปให้ใครต่อใคร .. ผมจึงเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านให้ใหม่ ก็เป็นอันเรียบร้อยครับ

18 พ.ย.53 มีน้องชายถามว่า outlook จะ set mail อย่างไร ก็ต้องตีความตามความเข้าใจของผมว่า เขาคงสนใจใช้ outlook 2003 และต้องการเชื่อมต่อกับ mail server ที่บริการ pop3 กับ smtp ในองค์กร ซึ่งองค์กรอาจมีบริการเชื่อมต่อแบบอื่นอยู่แล้ว แต่บริการนี้เป็นการเสริมสำหรับ advance user ที่ต้องการใช้ เพื่อให้การ download mail หรือจัดการ mail นั้นทำได้ง่าย ซึ่ง outlook ย่อมทำงานได้สมบูรณ์กว่า Outlook express ขั้นตอนหลังเปิด outlook ก็เลือก tools, E-mail Accounts, เลือกประเภทของบริการ, กำหนดไอพีของ pop3 และ smtp .. ก่อนเชื่อมต่อหาตัวเลือกว่าจะลบออกจาก server หรือแค่ download เพราะถ้าลบจาก server ก็มีความหมายตรงตัวเลยครับ คือ mail ทั้งหมดจะมาอยู่ในเครื่องของเราเพียงเครื่องเดียว ไม่สำเนาไว้ที่ server

แก้ปัญหาในเครื่องบริการส่งอีเมล3กรณี

14 พ.ย.52 เข้าไปตรวจเครื่องพบ 3 กรณี คือ 1)ใช้คำสั่ง cat maillog|grep pop3 แล้วพบการส่งอีเมลออกผิดปกติของคุณอรุณ คุณคนึง จึงเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านเป็นไทยเอ็ก เพื่อป้องกันไวรัสเข้ามาใช้เครื่องบริการส่งอีเมลทุกนาทีเป็น spam ออกไปอีก 2)เมื่อตรวจขนาดกล่องจดหมายของสมาชิก ก็พบสมาชิกที่ไม่ตรวจเมลเลยของคุณศรี คุณวิ คุณสุรต คุณสันสท คุณอลัม ทำให้เต็มโควตา จึงไม่สามารถรับจดหมายใหม่ ผมต้องลบออกก่อน เพื่อให้สมาชิกรับอีเมลใหม่ได้ 3) ขยายทั้ง mailbox_size_limit และ message_size_limit เป็น 50 MB ใน main.cf

การปรับปรุงเครื่องบริการเมลเพื่อลดปัญหาสแปม

5 ก.ค.52 มีโอกาสตรวจสอบ Mail Server จริงจังอีกครั้ง สรุปว่าได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงเบื้องต้น ดังนี้ 1)ตรวจสอบ /etc /mail /sendmail.mc ว่ามีนโยบายอะไรที่ตกไปจนส่ง junk mail ออกจากเครื่องบริการ เมื่อตรวจสอบ /var /log /maillog แล้วได้แก้ไขกฎหลายข้อ เช่น เพิ่ม delay_checks, relay_based_on_MX, SMART_HOST, UUCP_MAILER_MAX ลบ accept_unresolvable_domains จากนั้นก็ใช้ m4 สั่งปรับปรุงแฟ้ม sendmail.cf แล้วสั่ง #service sendmail reload และดูข้อมูลความเคลื่อนไหวของ sendmail ด้วย #tail -30 maillog 2)ทบวนการใช้คำสั่งสำหรับดูแลบริการ sendmail มีคำสั่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งแตกต่างกันไปตามหน้าที่ ดังนี้ 1.ตรวจว่าปัจจุบัน sendmail ทำงานอะไรบ้างด้วย #service sendmail status จะพบเลข process สามารถใช้ #cat /var /log /maillog | grep [number of process] ดูว่าข้อมูลของ process นั้นว่าทำอะไรบ้าง 2.ทดสอบส่งอีเมลด้วย echo “abc”| sendmail a@b.com 3.ทดสอบว่า imap หรือ pop3 เปิดบริการอีเมลหรือไม่ ด้วย #telnet localhost 143 หรือ 110 4.ตรวจรุ่นของ sendmail ด้วย #rpm -qa|grep sendmail 3)โปรแกรมกรอง spam 2 บริการคือ การกรองอีเมลขาเข้า inbox ใช้โปรแกรม spamassassin + bayes มี config อยู่ที่ /etc /mail /spamassassin /local.cf ซึ่งมีเว็บเพจที่ช่วยสร้างข้อกำหนด ที่  http://www.yrex.com/spam/spamconfig.php โดยกำหนดเพิ่มว่า required_score 7.5, use_bayes 1, bayes_auto_learn 1 อีกโปรแกรมคือ procmailrc ใช้สำหรับกรอง keyword ก็ยังใช้อยู่ แต่ปัจจุบัน  junk mail พัฒนาคำใหม่ทุกวัน 4)สำหรับผลการปรับปรุง Mail Server ในวันพรุ่งนี้ต้องตรวจ mail log ว่า junk mail เข้ามามากเหมือนเดิมหรือไม่
